Please put garbage in the outside garbage bin.  If the bin is full, leave the bag(s) inside the front door.

Payment can be made by cash or credit card. MasterCard & Visa accepted. Payment made by cash will still require a credit card to cover theft or damages.

If anything is missing or damaged, your credit card will be charged a minimum of $25 or the value of the item, whichever is greater.

Cancellations less than 24 hours, your credit card will be charged 1 night's stay.
